Raw Food Class Testimonies

(From a Raw Food Class offered at a local church):

"THANK YOU so much for everything last night. It was a great success. The food was terrific! I like the fact that there were so many things to try because different people have different tastes. That honey kissed fruit was amazing. And the tacos! Everything was wonderful. Oh and the granola!! I just have to make that. I know my kids would eat it. Their tastes are slowly slowly starting to adapt.

I love the way you were so encouraging and gentle. There are people who do not have any idea why they should even consider raw and why it is so bad to eat the cooked and what it does to your body. They need to hear about the amazing testimonies of others (and yourself). There are questions like: what about protein and how about kids that they may not even think of asking. They also need to know about going through some detox symptoms and why they are going through it. Kind of the science behind the food. :-)

Hello Anna,

Just wanted to thank you for such a wonderful class. I learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed myself in the process. I've already made several of the recipes from Saturday and my husband LOVES them all. His favorite so far is the garden pasta :o)

And, the best part is I got very close to your Monster Chips and my son LOVED them. He ate almost a whole tray by himself this morning. Yea!!! Had me squeeze an orange for him as well (first time he's ever tried one) because he wanted to drink the juice. I almost cried!

What a wonderful blessing you have been to us by sharing your knowledge of raw foods. I cannot thank you enough!

Anna,

I enjoyed the level II class so much.  You made it fun and I learned so much.  You are an absolute genius in the kitchen!  I am very impressed with your knowledge of gourmet raw cuisine. My favorite dishes were the Enchiladas, Onion Dip and Chili.  And the desserts were fabulous too!  Thank you Anna for sharing your talent.
